1	05/10/26	Email	I wondered if you could clarify whether we are being invited to deliver the Safer Roads grants programme on behalf of the Police and Crime Commissioner, or whether the invitation is simply for Herefordshire Community Foundation to submit an application for funding under the programme.	This grant round is an invitation for all eligible organisations to submit an application for funding to support projects that can demonstrate clear outcomes for Road Safety education and community benefit.
2	07/10/26	Email	Would the grant round accept an application regarding match funding some research for safety mechanisms in cars that are submerged in water?	The primary focus of the grant round is to support education and community-led activity. There is broader scope to support data driven focused initiatives, where the evidence suggests there's a strong need and the impact will be significant. Depending on the level of harm being addressed and funding being requested, it may be worth considering an application. Please see section 4 & 5 of the ITQ for more information on the scope of requirement.
3	08/10/2026	Email	Are Parish Councils Eligible to apply?	Yes. As noted within section 5 of the ITQ document, applications will only be considered from Parish Councils and other Local Authorities with a 15% match funding contribution, financial or in-kind, towards the project.
