How can I apply for funding?
The West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner’s grants scheme was first introduced in 2013 and since then has served to support West Mercia’s communities. The open schemes are detailed below.
Commissioner’s Community Fund (CCF)
The PCC wants to ensure that the local policing areas have access to funding that enables them to deliver initiatives that not only address community concerns, but also contribute towards the delivery of the West Mercia Safer Communities Plan.
This fund is open from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027. Local Superintendents have a small amount of grant funding for community projects, which includes road safety initiatives.
