Marc Bayliss

Marc Bayliss was appointed as Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner for West Mercia in September 2022. He was further appointed in July 2024 following the PCC elections.

Marc has served the local community in a number of different roles over the last two decades.  He has been a governor at two city schools, was a parish councillor in Warndon Villages and was a City Councillor for 21 years, including five years as Leader of Worcester Council. 

The Deputy’s role is to support the PCC in engaging with communities across West Mercia.
